Horee....Batas Waktu Lapor SPT Pajak via Online Diperpanjang Hingga 30 April

Jakarta -Sehubungan dengan kendala di sistem pelaporan SPT Tahunan PPh Orang Pribadi secara elektronik (e-filing dan e-SPT), batas waktu pelaporannya diperpanjang sampai 30 April 2016.

"Ditjen Pajak memberikan apresiasi sebesar-besarnya kepada Wajib Pajak atas antusiasme melaporkan SPT Tahunan PPh Orang Pribadi secara elektronik," kata keterangan tertulis Ditjen Pajak, Rabu (30/3/2016).

Ditjen Pajak menyampaikan permohonan maaf terkait kendala teknis di sistem pelaporan tersebut yang mengakibatkan proses pelaporan SPT Tahunan secara elektronik menjadi terhambat.

"Untuk mengakomodasi permasalahan tersebut, Direktur Jenderal Pajak telah mengeluarkan Keputusan Dirjen Pajak Nomor KEP-49/PJ/2016 tentang Pengecualian Pengenaan Sanksi Administrasi Berupa Denda Atas Keterlambatan Penyampaian SPT bagi Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang Menyampaikan SPT Tahunan Pajak Penghasilan Orang Pribadi Elektronik," ujarnya.

Melalui Keputusan Dirjen Pajak tersebut, Wajib Pajak orang pribadi yang menyampaikan SPT Tahunan PPh Tahun Pajak 2015 secara elektronik setelah 31 Maret 2016 dan tidak melewati 30 April 2016 dikecualikan dari pengenaan sanksi administrasi berupa denda atas keterlambatan penyampaian SPT.

Dengan demikian, pelaporan SPT pajak via online melewati 31 Maret 2016 tidak akan dikenai sanksi atau denda administrasi.

"Diharapkan dengan adanya keputusan tersebut, Wajib Pajak dapat lebih leluasa melaporkan pajak secara elektronik sampai dengan 30 April 2016 tanpa dikenakan sanksi administrasi," tulisnya.
